Shipping & Returns
Average orders arrive within 10 business days; however, some shipping times may take 2-3 weeks (so don't be alarmed if it takes a minute). If you need your item urgently, please contact me & I will always do what I can!Â

I'm a small business run by one woman with a whole lotta heart & a whole lotta hustle. I keep a great inventory, but it's possible your item may need to be ordered from our warehouse & then shipped.
When using PAYPAL as method of payment, there will be a delay in your shipping as PAYPAL (not The Desire Room) holds money for verification usually for up to 1 week. If you choose to use PAYPAL, please know that The Desire Room cannot ship your items until payment is received for PAYPAL. You will be notified every step of the way about your items.Â
Buyer's Remorse
The state of Louisiana does not have any buyer's remorse laws; however, I understand that things change. Buyer's remorse can only be honored if the items you purchased have not shipped. Please keep in mind, at this time, my volume is low as a NEW business, and I am shipping next day. This leaves an approximate 12-hour window to contact me directly to cancel your order. If your items have shipped, your order falls under the returns category (see below).Â
Returns
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. There is a 14-day manufacturer warranty on items with a motor. Warranty is void without purchase of cleansing mist and toy tote for proper care. It is imperative that you check your motorized devices immediately upon receipt.Â
To process a warranty for a manufactures defect; the purchaser must contact The Desire Room directly with the issue and be prepared to provide video of the issue. In the event of a warranty approval, your defective product will need to be mailed back to The Desire Room. Customer covers cost of shipping the item back to The Desire Room. Once the warranty is processed, the customer will receive a replacement of the exact same item. If the item is no longer available, the customer will be offered a store credit to use towards their upgraded accessory of choice. No cash refunds will be given.Â
